Offered on an exclusive basis, the Castle can either be hired as a simple self-catered property or bespoke services can be arranged. Sleeping up to 20 guests within its nine luxury en suite bedrooms the Castle is perfect for British staycation holidays, family celebrations, or New Year extravaganzas.

The Penn can sleep up to 20 guests within it nine en-suite bedrooms. Each room is as carefully finished and as individual as the last. For those looking for a larger number of guests or perhaps a corporate getaway, the Estate offers additional accommodation to compliment the Castle.

The ground floor offers a number of living areas for you and your guests to enjoy from the elegant Drawing Room to the sun soaked Conservatory. Each space is individually decorated and designed to offer a space for everyone to enjoy.

From September through to June our heated indoor swimming pool is available so you can relax with a warm swim and then lounge in the pool area looking out over the sea. During July and August the pool is emptied and a floor installed, transforming it into a beautiful Orangery. This stunning venue space is filled with beanbags and oversized games when not being used as function space which means whether entertaining the kids or taking time out to relax, guests can enjoy the views all year round.

Fully equipped with a six-hob range cooker and array of equipment, the Castle’s modern kitchen offers a beautiful space for you to cook up delicious meals for your stay. On arrival, the kitchen will be set up with a small amount of tea, coffee, sugar, milk and Nespresso coffee pods to get you started. With a large island that can seat up to eight people, this social space can be enjoyed at all times of day, with a portable mini Bluetooth Bose speaker to add to the atmosphere.

Located inside the Dining Room, the bar offers plenty of fridge space along with a glass washer and ice machine for you to use during your stay. The bar can be fully stocked for your arrival if you wish to pre-order from The Penn Estate Cellar.

Your time at Penn Castle is bespoke to you. Whether you choose to treat the Castle as your home from home and enjoy the fully equipped kitchen (complete with chandelier), or would prefer to have a private chef to cater your stay, the choice is entirely yours.
