We are currently looking for hardworking and conscientious individuals to join the team in the following seasonal roles:


We are looking to recruit additional housekeeping staff over the Autumn and Winter in order to train new members of the team ready for next season.

The housekeeping team work across the Estate in a range of accommodation from Holiday Homes through to the Castle.  The type of work across our Estate is varied so the ability to work confidently on your own or as part of a team is essential.

You will join a small hard working team that understands the world of hospitality requires flexibility. Your working week will include weekends and bank holidays during the summer season.

We offer a great working environment because we know work needs to be enjoyable. The main summer season is very intense so we encourage staff to take longer holidays during the winter.

Depending on experience we would expect your salary to start at £10 per hour.

An exciting opportunity has become available for a passionate and reliable Deputy Head Housekeeper to join our team.

Reporting to the Head Housekeeper your main duties and responsibilities would include:
Assist Head Housekeeper in the smooth operation of all aspects of the housekeeping department
Provide safe and healthy environment for guests and staff through continuous adherence to cleaning protocols and policies
Ensuring all properties are cleaned and maintained to exceptional standards
Allocate daily tasks and accommodation to be cleaned by team members
Manage and oversee the standards delivered by our in-house checking team
Ensure the properties are guest-ready by the appropriate check in time
Maintain and control stock levels for housekeeping supplies and order products as required
Organise and manage the activities of the department in the absence of the Head Housekeeper
Reporting of and follow up of any maintenance issues
Communicate and liaise with all departments

You will require:
Relevant experience in a previous role
Computer literacy (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc) A flexible and adaptable approach to work Acute attention to detail Natural motivation and organisational skills A reliable and conscientious attitude Good judgment and a talent for problem solving A blend of initiative and teamwork
A genuine guest focus and desire to provide exceptional customer service
Full clean driving licence (desirable but not essential)

The working week does include weekends and bank holidays. We offer an attractive salary, based on experience, and a great working environment because we know work needs to be enjoyable.
