So we’ve designed our Guest Suite service to ensure the admin side of your wedding or event is a breeze, and that your guests’ anticipation, excitement and reassurance begins from the moment they receive your invitation.

As your special event draws closer, your guests will have questions, and you might like to fine-tune your itinerary or set-up. This is where Guest Suite is a godsend, effortlessly keeping everyone in the loop and allowing you to focus on your own planning and preparation, ensuring the event itself is uniquely memorable and runs like clockwork.

Guest Suite provides unique and inspirational guest experience, keeping you in timely and dependable contact with your guests. And as well as providing a single point of contact for any of your guests at the Estate, Guest Suite consciously provides paper and plastic-free communication.

Guest Suite is also perfect for sharing all the finer details of your special event. We can provide all Guest Suite options on and offline, and offer bespoke design and stationery for that truly unique look and feel.

Guest Suite Highlights


Share information and inspiration through emails and a secure microsite designed specifically for your event – detailing your welcome, event itinerary, and any other information you’d like to share, such as menus, music and entertainment.


Liaise directly with the Events Team, and provide your guests with a point of contact. Send messages and gifts directly to guests in their accommodation, and allow them to pre-arrange drinks or food for their arrival.


Make ad-hoc changes and send messages effortlessly on the day – such as ‘photo-call on the lawn at 3’ or ‘drinks in the marquee at 6’.

The plan include:

  • A welcome email, introducing the Estate and the team that will cater and care for them, and providing contact information for any questions about the venue.
  • Comprehensive details of accommodation, and how to find it.
  • Plans for their stay, such as itinerary and locations, facilities, and how to enquire about any dietary needs or menu choices.
  • A pre-arrival and ad-hoc updates regarding any schedule changes, or important info on weather or travel.
  • A post-event farewell email.
