From corporate retreats to hosting meetings and events, our experienced team will work with you to ensure your stay runs smoothly from start to finish. Choose from a selection of accommodation options, activities and corporate facilities to ensure your team, guests or potential clients have a truly memorable and productive stay. Should you or any of your delegates need to arrive at the Castle by helicopter, our private helipad is at your disposal, which is conveniently located within the Castle grounds.

Meetings & Events

Pennsylvania Castle Estate is an ideal setting for your corporate event; hold your board meeting in the Castle Drawing Room or grand Orangery, break out into one of the many stunning rooms to relax and regroup. Alternatively use Ope Lodge at Clifftops as additional breakout space or a function area.  For exceptional views, host your drinks reception on the Castle terrace or Clifftops Roof Deck. Encourage your delegates to explore the grounds during downtime or use the Pelaton Shed and Yoga Deck. With WiFi throughout, exceptional catering and an event coordinator on hand, productivity will be at its highest.

Team Building

Situated on the beautiful Isle of Portland you are perfectly placed to experience an exciting array of unique team-based activities including water sports, climbing, wine tasting and electric bike tours. Your corporate event coordinator will work with you to create the perfect itinerary for your team’s stay, working in activities and downtime, creating a fresh and productive environment.

Extensive Accomodation

In the summer of 2020 we launched Clifftops and as a result added a further 10 luxury ensuite bedrooms with a lounge and kitchen across 5 stunning lodges.  Up to 22 delegates can be comfortably accommodated in the castle and lodges.   Additional accommodation is available throughout the Estate for larger conferences.

Lodges can also be used as break out areas including the use of the roof terrace in the summer.

The Accomodation can be used in a variety of configurations to meet the needs of your delegates and the style of accommodation you wish to offer.  All rooms are on the Estate are no more than a few minutes walk from the Castle.

Catering

We have carefully selected a range of preferred caterers for corporate events, including our very own Hayloft. From bed & breakfast and BBQs to working lunches and formal sit down meals, our events team are experienced in creating the perfect dining environment for your event.
