The Estate

Hayloft

With a focus on healthy local produce with an indulgent twist, The Hayloft Café & Bar offers a wide range of delicious food and drink. As well as being available for private hire, The Hayloft is also home to the Penn Estate Cellar.

Overview

Our Estate coffee shop and bar, the Hayloft offers local delights all sourced from Dorset producers. With a wide-ranging menu, you can eat in or take away, browse the wonderful homewares from the Penn Creative Collection, or even pick up a bottle of our own Penn Estate Gin.

Local Suppliers

The Hayloft not only supplies Island visitors with delicious and healthy food but also focuses on working with local suppliers. We are proud to work with Pepina Bakery, Liberty’s Cottage Bakery, Fountain Rocks & Rolly’s Brownies.

Estate Cellar

The Penn Estate Cellar not only provides the Estate with carefully curated wines from around the world, but is also open for business. Locals and visitors can purchase bottles or cases from the Cellar, ordering within The Hayloft.

Gifting Collection

The Penn Creative Collection, designed and curated by Tess, our Styling and Events Manager, offers guests and visitors the opportunity to take a little Penn Estate home with them.
