Entertaining On Clifftops

You are able to exclusively hire the whole of Clifftops to accommodate and entertain your guests. Add this to a hire of the Castle and you create many options on how you use the Estate space during your hire/event.

Whilst all lodges can benefit from our catering services [URL to Catering Services pdf] there are three distinct areas where your guest can gather for a function. So you can save the Castle for the main event all Clifftops function areas are hidden away from the Castle. Lodge Ope with in and outdoor entertaining space, and the Roof Garden Deck

Functions in ‘Ope

With its own secret entrance to the Castle Grounds Ope can provide sanctuary from the hussle and bussle of your event or a surprise venue for a function.

The lodge is both luxury accommodation and functions space. Designed to be cleared of all furniture, a sliding wall, and outside kitchen means that you can open up the lodge and patio area for a function.

For Weddings. Whilst the bride may stay in the Castle the night before the wedding the groomsmen can be in Ope and other lodges away from the bridal party. The bridal party getting ready in the splendor of the Castle whilst the groomsmen prepare in Ope.

Alternatively, the bridal party could be in Clifftops and emerge into the Castle grounds for the wedding.

Many of our weddings are about the weekend for family and friends. Clifftops is the perfect spot for welcome drinks, saving the Castle grounds for the big day.

The Roof Garden Deck

Through yet another concealed entrance you step onto the Roof Garden Deck.

From here you have an uninterrupted view across the Jurrasic Coastline. The upper deck is ideal for catering and then you step down onto the garden roof of clifftops. Have your celebration drinks and canapes before retiring to the Castle for dinner.
