We know these suppliers well and they have worked with us to create wonderful food and drink options across the Estate.
We only really discovered Fordington Gin in Summer 2020, although it has been in operation for several years. We were looking for a new welcome arrival gift for guests and as Gin drinkers ourselves we had always dreamed of making our own Gin. If only we had time! Ros and the team at Fordington were lovely and whilst we cant make our own Gin we can certainly offer you Fordingtons wonderful local botanicals.
